• Play the player(s) in official matches for them to gain better experience. Do all you can for them to play in cup or league matches!

...and welcome to the online database of the Romanian Training Committee. RTC is a federation which includes 200+ members, who have the same goal: to keep track of all potential National Team and U20 Team players.
What is the purpose of you being here?
Do you own a Romanian player? Do you think he is good enough to play for one of the national teams? If your answer is YES, add your player to our database. If he matches the selection criteria, we will keep track of that player and he may get to play for the national team.
Why "add/update" and not just "add"?
The reason is quite simple. Once you added a player to our database (it's an automated process, you just have to follow a few easy steps), it is in our and also your best interest that you update player's details.
How often should you come by and update?
You don't have to come daily or weekly, not even monthly. But we would appreciate if you would come every time your player(s) changes the main or secondary skills. |
